The Hanlon Financial Systems Center is unique in a university setting for its use of the same technological tools used by major Wall Street firms. You can become a master in using the Bloomberg terminals and Wharton Research Data Services and gain valuable skills related to programming, databases, writing, parallel computing and more.

Students have the opportunity to work with faculty and industry members at the Center for Research toward Advancing Financial Technologies – CRAFT – a joint venture between Stevens and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Supported by the National Science Foundation, CRAFT dives into research on AI, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, quantum computing, cybersecurity, green finance and many other technologies affecting the fintech industry.
